Trainings

From Advocacy Basics and Texas Legislature 101 to Self-Care for Advocates and Advocacy for Mental Health Clinicians, I work with small and large groups to train on a range of policy, advocacy, and legislative topics and skills. Trainings can be in person (because that’s way more fun) or virtual. Let me create a training that meets your needs!

About Alison

Alison Mohr Boleware, LMSW, is a licensed social worker and seasoned policy professional with over a decade of experience in the Texas legislative and advocacy field. She has served as a director of policy in a philanthropic mental health foundation, government relations director for a statewide association, policy analyst, and a Texas House of Representatives legislative aide. She has a deep passion for helping demystify the legislative process and empowering all people and organizations to feel comfortable sharing their stories in political spaces for positive impact.
